WE MAY CHANGE THESE RULES, AND INTRODUCE OR APPLY ELIGIBILITY, IDENTITY, AND INTEGRITY CHECKS, AS SET OUT IN SECTION 15.2; IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE CURRENT RULES.

1. The Promoter, these Rules, and the Competition Page

1.1 GoChamp is a simulated trading competition program operated by GoCharting Inc (“GoCharting”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Each running of GoChamp (a “Competition”) is described on its Competition Page. GoCharting organises and runs each Competition and funds and awards the GoChamp Prizes.

1.2 These Official Rules (the “Rules”) govern participation in each Competition. By registering for, joining, or participating in any GoChamp Challenge - whether or not you have actually read them - you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read these Rules and that you accept and are bound by them and by our decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition. The version of these Rules in force at any time is the version we make available (for example on the Competition Page or the GoChamp rules page), and it is your responsibility to review the current Rules before and while you participate. We record the version of these Rules that you accept when you join a Challenge. You may not rely on, or raise as a defence, the fact that you did not read, see, or receive these Rules or any change to them.

1.3 The specific parameters of each Competition - including the competition dates and period(s), the Prize(s) and their amounts and any eligibility conditions, the Sponsors or Promotional Partners and any Partner Rewards, the simulated starting balance, the eligible instruments and market data, and the trading rules and limits that apply to each Challenge - are those published on the applicable GoChamp Competition Page (the “Competition Page”), together with any rules referenced there (collectively, the “Competition Details”). The Competition Details are part of these Rules. Where these Rules refer to a value “stated on the Competition Page,” that published value governs for that Competition.

1.4 These Rules incorporate the GoCharting Terms of Use and Privacy Policy by reference. If there is a conflict between these Rules and the general Terms of Use in respect of a Competition, these Rules prevail for the Competition. If there is a conflict between these Rules and the Competition Details on the Competition Page, these Rules prevail except as to the specific published values described in 1.3. If there is any conflict between these Rules and any FAQ, modal, advertising, marketing, or promotional material for a Competition, these Rules prevail.

1.5 We may issue clarifications or supplementary rules for a particular Competition; those form part of these Rules when published on the Competition Page and take effect only in accordance with §15.2.

1.6 Sponsors and Promotional Partners. A Competition may be sponsored or supported by external exchanges, brokers, data providers, and other third parties (each a “Sponsor” or “Promotional Partner”), as identified on the Competition Page. Except for any Partner Reward that a Sponsor or Promotional Partner funds and administers itself, the Competition is administered solely by GoCharting. Sponsors and Promotional Partners are not responsible for the administration of the Competition, the selection of winners, or the funding or distribution of GoCharting Prizes, have no authority to influence, override or modify our decisions, and are Released Parties under §14.

2. Definitions

• Participant / you - an individual who registers for and/or joins a GoChamp Challenge.

• Competition - a running of GoChamp identified on its Competition Page, for its whole duration, including every weekly Challenge run within it.

• Challenge - a single simulated trading evaluation within a Competition, run over the period, and on the simulated-account parameters (starting balance, instruments, limits), stated on the Competition Page, using the market data made available for the Competition.

• Cohort / Competition Period - the grouping or period used to rank Participants and award Prizes for a Competition, as set out on the Competition Page (for example, a weekly cohort).

• Leaderboard - a ranking of Participants by trading performance. A Competition may show one or more Leaderboards, as described on the Competition Page.

• Prize - any cash prize, subscription or product prize, or other reward that GoCharting offers and awards for a Competition, as set out on the Competition Page. Partner Rewards are not GoCharting Prizes.

• Grand Prize pool / Open Prize pool - the two groups in which Prizes are awarded. The Grand Prize pool is made up of Participants whose country of residence is on the Grand Prize country list published on the Competition Page. The Open Prize pool is made up of all other eligible Participants.

• Partner Reward - a reward (for example, a broker commission or trading-fee credit - not a funded account) that a Sponsor or Promotional Partner offers, funds, and administers itself. Its terms, amount, eligible geographies, and eligibility are set and determined by that Partner, not by GoCharting.

• GoPoints - non-monetary credits used to enter Challenges. GoPoints have no cash value and are not transferable.

• Restricted Jurisdiction - any country or territory that is (a) subject to comprehensive economic or trade sanctions or embargo administered by the U.S. Government (including OFAC), the United Nations, the EU, the UK, or another authority with jurisdiction over us or the Participant (including, at the date of these Rules and without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine); (b) any country or territory in which running the Competition, awarding a prize, completing identity/anti-money-laundering checks, or remitting prize funds would be unlawful or, in our reasonable determination, impractical; or (c) any country or territory in which participation in the Competition or the award of a prize would require prize registration, bonding, trust arrangements, or localization.

• Prize-Excluded Country - any country or territory that, for a Challenge, (a) is Yemen, or (b) is on the Financial Action Task Force’s list of “High-Risk Jurisdictions subject to a Call for Action”, using the list in force when that Challenge starts and including any change that the Financial Action Task Force published at least 7 days before it starts. A later listing or delisting does not change the eligibility for a Challenge that has already started, except where applicable law requires otherwise. A Participant who is resident in a Prize-Excluded Country when they start a Challenge may play but is not eligible for any Prize or Partner Reward for that Challenge. A Prize-Excluded Country is not, for that reason alone, a Restricted Jurisdiction.

• Competition Page / Competition Details - as defined in §1.3.

• Verified Winner - a Participant confirmed as eligible and paid, or payable, following the verification in §9.

3. Eligibility to Participate (playing the Challenge)

3.1 To participate you must, at the time of entry and throughout the Challenge:

• (a) be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country/state/province of residence if that is higher;

• (b) hold a registered GoCharting account and have completed the mandatory account verification in §8 (including phone verification and two-factor authentication);

• (c) not be a resident of, or located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction;

• (d) not be a person subject to sanctions or export-control restrictions, or acting for or on behalf of any such person; and

• (e) comply with these Rules.

3.2 Excluded persons. The following may not win a Prize and may be removed from the Competition: employees, officers, directors, contractors and agents of GoCharting, any Sponsor or Promotional Partner, and their respective affiliates and any promotion/marketing/judging agencies, together with the members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their spouses) and household (whether related or not). Government officials, and their known close associates, may not win a Prize.

3.3 One person, one entry. Each Participant may hold only one GoChamp account and may run only one Challenge at a time, and must finish the current Challenge before starting another. Registering or participating through multiple accounts, identities, email addresses, or verified phone numbers is prohibited (see §8).

3.4 Registration is entry; no purchase is required to start. No payment information is collected at registration and no brokerage account is required to participate. You may use the GoChamp CME market data without charge for 30 calendar days from the date you first join a Challenge. After that, joining further Challenges requires a standard GoCharting real-time CME Level 1 or Level 2 market-data subscription. That subscription is a payment for market data and is not an entry fee. A subscription does not improve your chances of winning any Prize.

3.5 Your certifications. By registering and by participating, you certify that: the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete; you meet the eligibility requirements in §3; you are not using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to mask or misrepresent your location, country, or identity; and you will promptly notify us (via the contact in §18) of any change in your circumstances that would make you ineligible. These certifications are continuing and are treated as repeated each time you enter or continue a Challenge.

4. Eligibility to Win (receiving a Prize)

Participating in a Challenge and being eligible to receive a Prize are two different things. Meeting §3 lets you play; §4, §5 and §9 govern whether you may receive a Prize.

4.1 General prize conditions. To be eligible for any Prize you must (a) satisfy §3; (b) finish the Challenge with a positive profit and loss (P&L) where the Competition Page requires it; (c) have complied with all trading and integrity rules (§8 and the Competition Details); (d) be truthfully and verifiably resident in the country you declared, as corrected under §5; and (e) complete winner verification (§9) by the applicable deadline.

4.2 Prize pools and restricted Prizes. The Competition Page sets out each Prize, its amount, and any conditions on who may win it. You are placed in the Grand Prize pool or the Open Prize pool according to your country of residence, fixed when you first join a Challenge (§5.4), and you can win only that pool’s Prize. A Prize may be restricted (available only to Participants who meet the additional conditions stated on the Competition Page, which may relate to country of residence or any other parameter) or available to every eligible Participant in its pool. Where a Participant qualifies for more than one Prize in the same Challenge, they receive only the single highest-value Prize for which they are eligible, unless the Competition Page states otherwise.

4.3 Baseline legal carve-outs (all Prizes, including those available to every eligible Participant). Notwithstanding anything else, no Prize will be awarded or paid to any person who is resident in or located in a Restricted Jurisdiction, or resident in a Prize-Excluded Country (as determined under §2), and we may withhold, withdraw, or decline to award any Prize where doing so is necessary to comply with law (including sanctions and anti-money-laundering law), where we cannot complete verification under §9, or where we cannot lawfully or practicably remit the funds. We will not award or transfer any Prize where doing so would violate sanctions imposed by the applicable authorities. This is assessed in our sole discretion. Void where prohibited.

4.4 Subscription and product Prizes are subject to §3, §4.1(a)–(c), §4.3, and verification of identity where we consider it necessary.

4.5 Partner Rewards are governed by §7 and §11 and are offered, funded, and determined solely by the Sponsor or Promotional Partner.

4.6 One prize per person. Prizes are limited to one cash Prize and one Partner Reward per natural person, per Competition, however many Challenges you win and regardless of how many accounts, identities, email addresses, phone numbers, or devices a person uses. Once a cash Prize has been awarded to a Participant in a Competition, any later cash Prize position that Participant would otherwise win passes to the next-ranked eligible Participant in the same pool whose person and household have not been awarded a cash Prize in that Competition. Subscription Prizes and Partner Rewards are separate and do not count against the cash Prize limit. We award at most one cash Prize per household per Competition, where a household means Participants who share a residential address shown in their verification documents. Where more than one member of the same household qualifies for a cash Prize in the same Competition, the cash Prize is awarded to the higher-ranked qualifying member and each other cash Prize passes under this §4.6. A cash Prize is awarded to a Participant when we notify them as a winner under §9.5; if it is forfeited, the Participant is treated as not having been awarded it. Where we identify multiple accounts or entries that we reasonably believe belong to, or are controlled by, the same natural person, we may treat them as a single Participant, award at most one cash Prize and one Partner Reward across all of them, and disqualify the remainder (§8). Partner Rewards remain subject to the relevant Partner’s own terms.

4.7 Contest of skill; legal compliance. GoChamp is a contest of skill: winners are determined by trading performance and no payment is required to start (see §3.4). We may disqualify a Participant, or withhold a Prize, where participation or the Prize would violate laws governing gambling or promotional contests, or laws restricting the total value of prizes. Void where prohibited, including where registration, bonding or localization is required.

5. Country of Residence - Declaration, Verification and Changes

5.1 Self-declaration is binding. Your country of residence is self-declared when you join and is not independently checked at that time. By declaring it you represent and warrant that it is true and accurate, and you accept that your declared country determines your Prize pool, your eligibility for certain Prizes and for any Partner Reward. Eligibility turns on where you reside, not on your nationality.

5.2 Our right to verify. We may verify your identity, age, location and country of residence before, during or after a Challenge, including at payout (§9), and may cross-check your declaration against account, device, network, login and registration data.

5.3 Misdeclaration is a breach. Declaring a country of residence that is not genuinely yours - for example, to reach a Prize, Partner Reward, or geography you would not otherwise qualify for - is a breach of these Rules. Taking account of the evidence of your intent, we may, in our sole discretion: (a) reassign you to the pool for your actual country of residence and rank your result there; (b) withhold or reduce a Prize; or (c) disqualify you with no claim to any Prize, claw back any Prize already awarded, and ban you from future GoCharting competitions. Applying one remedy to one Participant does not oblige us to apply it to another.

5.4 Your country is fixed when you first join a Challenge. To correct a genuine mistake, write to [email protected] before the end of the Challenge in which you made it. A correction applies only to Challenges that start after we approve it and never alters a completed result. This does not limit our right to reassign you under §5.3, and where we reassign you, prize eligibility and verification use the corrected, verified country. If you genuinely move to a different country of residence, write to us in the same way and we may apply the change to later Challenges. A correction that we approve with the proof in (a) before results are finalised is treated no less favourably than a reassignment under §5.3(a). Where we consider a request: (a) Genuine correction with proof. Where we are satisfied the original selection was a genuine mistake, we may reassign you to the correct country only on satisfactory documentary proof that your proof of residence and the bank account into which any Prize would be paid match the country you now claim and that your government-issued photo ID is consistent with them (see §9). Such a correction may move you between the Grand Prize pool and the Open Prize pool. (b) Suspected gaming, or no proof. Where we are not so satisfied, or where the request appears intended to game the Competition, or where the required proof is not provided, we may decline the change and/or disqualify you entirely and apply §5.3.

You are not entitled to any particular outcome, to any Prize, or to be placed in any Prize pool as a result of a country-change request. A change never creates an entitlement to a Prize that another Participant has already been confirmed to receive.

6. How the Competition Works

6.1 Format. Each Challenge runs over the period, and on the simulated account (starting balance and eligible instruments), stated on the Competition Page, using the market data made available for the Competition. The trading rules and limits for the Challenge (for example position, contract, drawdown, diversification and daily-activity requirements, and any positive-P&L requirement to pass) are those stated on the Competition Page. A breach of a rule that the Competition Page describes as terminating the Challenge terminates it and disqualifies the entry. A limit that the Competition Page describes as pausing trading (such as the daily loss limit) pauses trading for the rest of that day and is not a breach. Positions still open at the end of a trading session may be closed automatically, and that is not a breach.

6.2 Periods, cohorts and prizes. Prizes are determined per the Competition Period(s) or grouping(s) (for example, cohorts) set out on the Competition Page. Once the applicable period ends and results are assessed, after the verification window, the top-ranked eligible Participant(s) are determined.

6.3 Leaderboards are provisional. Leaderboards (live and historic) are provided for information only, may update as other Participants complete their cycles, and may not be final or accurate. We may correct, revise, or remove any Leaderboard or ranking at any time, including to reflect rule breaches, disqualifications, verification outcomes, or technical error. Appearing at or near the top of a Leaderboard does not entitle you to a Prize. We assess compliance with the trading rules at the final evaluation of each Challenge and may assess it earlier; live Leaderboards show entries that have not yet been checked. An entry that breached the rules is disqualified as from the breach even if it is still shown. A Leaderboard, dashboard, email or status shown before we confirm results creates no right to a Prize, and our records control if they differ from a display. Approval at one stage does not prevent later review.

6.4 Ties. Unless the Competition Details specify otherwise, ranking ties for a Prize are broken by, in order: (a) the higher qualifying P&L achieved with the fewer rule-risk events; (b) the earlier time at which the qualifying result was reached; and (c) failing which, our reasonable determination. We may, in our discretion, aggregate and divide equally the tied prize positions instead.

6.5 Ranking basis; fees; timekeeping. Unless the Competition Page states otherwise, rankings and any positive-P&L requirement are based on the performance measure shown on the Competition Page for the Competition (for example total return, or realized profit and loss on closed positions); any positions still open at the end of the competition period may be automatically closed and the resulting realized P&L counted. Results do not include simulated commissions, fees or slippage unless the Competition Page states otherwise. Leaderboards may update only periodically. GoCharting’s systems are the official timekeeper for the Competition.

6.6 Equal footing. All competition accounts are created with the same virtual starting balance and identical settings; account parameters are fixed and cannot be changed or reset, so every Participant competes on equal footing.

7. Prizes

7.1 Cash Prizes (funded by GoCharting). The Competition offers the cash Prize(s) set out on the Competition Page, awarded by trading performance. Amounts are as stated on the Competition Page and are expressed as “up to” amounts. The actual amount awarded may vary with participation, and we may reduce, split, withhold, or decline to award a cash Prize where participation is low, where results or entries are under integrity review, or as otherwise permitted by these Rules. Where fewer Participants qualify than the number of prize positions offered, we award only the qualifying Participants, and any unawarded amount is retained by GoCharting and is not added to any other Prize. A Prize forfeited under §9.5 is dealt with under §9.5.

7.2 Subscription and product Prizes (funded by GoCharting). Where the Competition Page provides for them, these are awarded as stated on the Competition Page. Such Prizes have no cash value, no cash alternative, and are non-transferable.

7.3 Partner Rewards (funded by the Partner, not GoCharting). A Sponsor or Promotional Partner (for example, a broker) may offer a Partner Reward - such as a commission or trading-fee credit, not a funded account - to eligible participants. Partner Rewards are provided by the Partner, not by GoCharting, and only to persons the Partner supports. Eligible geographies and conditions are set by the Partner, may change without notice, and are stated on the Partner’s own website. All Partner Rewards are subject to the Partner’s own eligibility, geographic restrictions and KYC, which the Partner (not GoCharting) determines. No alternative or substitute is offered where the Partner does not support a participant. GoCharting has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, Partner eligibility, geographic support, or a participant’s country selection. Commission credits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and may be used only against the Partner’s commissions on the Partner’s terms. Finishing a Challenge with positive P&L (“passing”) does not by itself make you eligible for a Partner Reward: that depends on your country and the Partner. We do not guarantee that a Partner will issue, or issue promptly, any Partner Reward. A Participant who is not eligible for a Partner Reward under §2 or §4.3 will not be put forward for one. See §11.

7.4 No cash alternative; substitution. Except for the cash Prizes themselves, no Prize has a cash alternative. Prizes are non-transferable. We may substitute any Prize with one of equal or greater value if it cannot be awarded as described for any reason.

7.5 Currency and payment instrument. Cash Prizes are paid in US dollars by the method described in §9. We do not pay Prizes in cryptocurrency or to third-party or anonymous payment instruments.

7.6 Taxes: withholding and the winner’s responsibilities are set out in §9.4.

8. Integrity, Account Security and Anti-Abuse

8.1 Mandatory phone verification and two-factor authentication. A verified mobile phone number and two-factor authentication (2FA) are required to join a Challenge and are a condition of receiving any Prize. We may require any Participant, including any prospective winner, to complete or repeat phone/2FA verification.

8.2 One account per phone number; no reuse. Only one GoChamp account may be associated with a given verified phone number. A verified phone number is non-transferable and, once associated with an account, may not be used to register or verify a different account - including after the original account is deleted or closed.

8.3 Prohibited conduct. The following are prohibited and are grounds for disqualification, removal from Leaderboards, and forfeiture/clawback of any Prize:

• (a) operating, or benefiting from, multiple or duplicate accounts, including accounts controlled by associated persons;

• (b) collusion, coordinated entries, account or credential sharing, or trading arranged with others to affect rankings;

• (c) automation - bots, scripts, algorithmic or expert-advisor trading, or copy-trading - where the Competition is intended to recognise individual human traders;

• (d) exploiting, manipulating or “gaming” the simulated environment, fills, data, or Leaderboard;

• (e) use of VPNs, proxies, emulators or other tools to conceal or misrepresent your identity, device, location or country, or to circumvent eligibility or geographic restrictions;

• (f) providing false, altered, or forged information or documents at any stage; and

• (g) taking offsetting or opposite-side positions across accounts, or coordinating trades with others, so that one account profits from another’s loss.

8.4 Duplicate-signal review. Signals we may consider together include IP addresses and IP ranges, devices and hardware signatures, sign-up timing and method, phone numbers, trade timing, size and direction, and offsetting trades between accounts. We may treat them as grounds to investigate and, in our sole discretion, to disqualify affected entries. A shared network, household or institution is not by itself a breach, and similar trades or a large profit alone do not establish coordination: we consider all the circumstances together. Each natural person may hold one account. Members of the same household may each hold an account and play, subject to the one-cash-Prize-per-household limit in §4.6. For accounts shown to be under common control or used for coordinated trading, opposing or offsetting positions between them are a breach whatever the controller’s intent. Shared residence, network or institution alone does not establish that link. The final determination is ours.

8.5 Audit, clawback and finality. We may audit any account, entry, trade history, device and verification data, and may withhold, reverse, reclaim or refuse any Prize, at any time before or after payout, where we reasonably determine these Rules have been breached. If a Prize has been paid to a person later found in breach, you must repay it within 14 days of our notice and we may set it off against other amounts we owe you. Our determinations under this §8 are final and there is no appeal. Where we reasonably suspect fraud, false certification, or other unlawful conduct, we may also refer the matter to the relevant banks, payment providers, regulators, or law-enforcement authorities.

8.6 Reputational and disruptive conduct. We may also disqualify any Participant whom we reasonably believe has tampered with, disrupted, or acted in bad faith or an unsportsmanlike manner toward the Competition, or whose participation or conduct could reflect negatively on the reputation of GoCharting, a Sponsor, or a Promotional Partner, and we may pursue all remedies available to us.

8.7 Leaving or deleting an account. If you delete or leave a Challenge or competition account, your results and progress are forfeited and you may not re-enter the same Competition.

8.8 Simulation errors. If we find an error in the simulation, including pricing, fills, positions or P&L, we may correct, void or recalculate the affected trades, results and rankings. Report any error you notice to [email protected]. The fact that the platform displayed, accepted or filled an order is not permission and is not a defence. If you knowingly use an error to your advantage, including through patterned trades that depend on it, or repeat its use after we notify you of it, you are in breach of §8.3(d) and we may disqualify you and ban you from future competitions. Before disqualifying, we may first exclude or recalculate the affected trades or results. An inadvertent first, isolated occurrence is corrected and notified to you, and an inadvertent error alone does not result in disqualification.

9. Winner Verification and Payout

9.1 Verification is a precondition of any cash payout. Before any cash Prize is paid, a prospective winner must complete identity, residence and anti-money-laundering verification to our satisfaction. We may also require verification for other Prizes where we consider it necessary.

9.2 Required documents (cash winners). A prospective cash winner must provide the following, all in their own name and mutually consistent. The documents under (b) and (c) must establish the country of residence they declared; the photo ID under (a) establishes identity: (a) a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver’s licence). The ID need not be issued by the winner’s country of residence; (b) proof of lawful residence in the declared country, for example a residence permit, a national ID that shows your address, or a tax or government letter; (c) proof of address dated within the last 3 months (for example a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence) showing the winner’s name and address, which must not be the same document used for (a). One document may satisfy both (b) and (c) if it meets each requirement and the winner’s country issues no separate residence document; (d) confirmation of a bank account held in the winner’s own name in their country of residence, into which the Prize would be paid; and (e) a completed tax form (a U.S. Form W-9 for U.S. persons, or a Form W-8BEN for non-U.S. persons) and any tax identification number that the form requires. If the winner’s country issues none, the winner should say so on the form.

We may additionally require a live selfie / liveness check matching the photo ID, and further information reasonably needed to verify eligibility.

9.3 Screening. We (or our processor) will screen prospective winners and related parties against applicable sanctions, PEP and watchlists. A person who cannot be cleared, or who is in or resident in a Restricted Jurisdiction, or who is resident in a Prize-Excluded Country (as determined under §2), will not be paid, no substitute is owed, and §4.3 applies. We may apply enhanced due diligence to a winner who is resident in a country that the Financial Action Task Force lists as under increased monitoring.

9.4 Taxes. Prize amounts stated on the Competition Page are before any tax that we are required to withhold. For a winner who is not a U.S. person, we withhold U.S. federal income tax from a cash Prize at 30%, or at a lower rate where we determine that the law provides one and the forms you provide establish it, pay the net amount, and report the payment on IRS Form 1042-S. For a U.S. winner we pay in full and issue an IRS Form 1099 where required. We will make any other withholding, deduction, remittance or report that the law requires of GoCharting. Each winner is responsible for all other taxes and tax-reporting obligations imposed on that winner arising from a Prize, including in the winner’s country of residence, and agrees to hold GoCharting harmless in respect of them.

9.5 Deadlines; forfeiture; roll-down. A prospective winner must respond and begin verification within 14 days, and provide all required documents within 30 days (the “claim period”), of the date we send our first notice (or such period as stated on the Competition Page). If a prospective winner fails to respond, fails verification, is ineligible, declines, or cannot be paid, the Prize is forfeited and we may, in our discretion, award it to the next-ranked eligible Participant in the same pool or not award it at all. Unclaimed or forfeited Prizes may, in our discretion, not be awarded.

9.6 Method and currency. Verified cash Prizes are paid in US dollars to the winner’s own verified bank account. We do not pay by cryptocurrency, cash, or to any account not in the winner’s name.

9.7 Secure process. We collect payout and verification information only through our secure, verified process. We will never ask for it in reply to a marketing email or via an unofficial channel.

9.8 Affidavit and releases. We may require a prospective winner to sign a declaration/affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity release (and any tax or compliance documents) within the claim period. Failure to return them by the deadline may result in forfeiture and roll-down under §9.5.

9.9 Eligible account. We pay only by bank transfer in US dollars to an account in your own name at a bank in your country of residence. We do not pay to joint, family or other third-party accounts, payment apps, wallets or cryptocurrency, and we make no exceptions. If you have no eligible account by the end of the claim period in §9.5, the Prize is forfeited.

9.10 Fees and exchange rates. We bear our own bank’s outgoing charge. You bear all intermediary, correspondent and receiving-bank charges and all currency-conversion costs, which may reduce the amount you receive. We are not responsible for exchange-rate movements.

9.11 Returned or failed payments. If a payment is returned, rejected or held (for example for wrong or non-matching details, a closed account or a bank’s compliance review), we will notify you. You must supply corrected details and any document the bank asks for within 14 days. We will make one further attempt, and only after the original transfer has been returned or confirmed cancelled; the charge for a returned payment is deducted from the Prize. If the payment is not completed within 30 days of our first notice of failure, the Prize is forfeited under §9.5. Those 30 days are extended while a bank review of the original transfer is pending and we have told you so.

9.12 Timing. We aim to pay within 30 days after you complete verification and the requirements in §12.2. Bank and compliance delays are not a breach. No interest is payable.

9.13 Notices. We send notices to the email address on your account. A notice is delivered when we send it. An email that bounces, is filtered or is not read does not extend any deadline. Keep your address current and check your spam folder. If a notice is returned as undeliverable, the deadlines in §9.5 continue to run. A payment that is returned is dealt with under §9.11.

10. Simulated Trading; No Advice; No Relationship

10.1 GoChamp is a simulated competition. No real capital is traded and no real funds are at risk. Simulated funds and simulated profits are not real, are not exchangeable for cash, and are not paid out - cash Prizes are separate GoCharting-funded prizes governed by these Rules.

10.2 The Competition, the platform, market data, education content, Leaderboards and any commentary are provided for information and education only, are not investment, financial, trading, tax or legal advice, and are not a recommendation or solicitation to trade. Simulated performance is hypothetical, has inherent limitations, and does not represent or guarantee actual results in real-money trading.

10.3 Participation does not create any broker, dealer, fiduciary, advisory, agency, partnership, joint venture, employment or similar relationship between you and GoCharting, any Sponsor, or any Promotional Partner.

11. Partner Rewards - Provided by the Partners

11.1 Partner Rewards are offered, funded, determined and fulfilled by the Sponsor or Promotional Partner (for example, a broker), not by GoCharting. To receive a Partner Reward you must meet that Partner’s requirements (for example, be able to open and hold an account with that broker, reside in a location the Partner supports, and pass that Partner’s KYC and terms). Final eligibility for a Partner Reward is determined by the Partner, not by GoCharting. GoCharting does not publish the Partners’ eligibility lists; you should consult each Partner’s own website, which is authoritative for that Partner.

12. Publicity and Name/Likeness

12.1 As a condition of participating, you agree that we may display limited entrant information (for example a display name, country, and a masked email) on Leaderboards. As a condition of accepting a Prize, and except where prohibited by law, each winner grants GoCharting (and, where separately agreed, a Sponsor or Promotional Partner) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use their name, city/country, and (where separately agreed) likeness and statements for reasonable promotional purposes relating to the Competition, without further compensation. We will not require this where applicable law makes it a condition that cannot lawfully be imposed. This §12.1 is without prejudice to §12.3.

12.2 Mandatory publicity participation (condition of any cash Prize). As a condition of receiving any cash Prize, each prospective winner must, if we request it, participate in reasonable publicity, which may include: (a) a remote interview - in video, audio, or written form, with the format chosen by us in our reasonable discretion (and which may be an on-camera video or podcast recording) - about their approach, background, and experience of the Competition, or, instead, a fully completed written questionnaire in which every mandatory question is answered in the winner’s own words and in which the winner states whether they used AI tools to prepare their answers; (b) a short written summary, case study, or breakdown of their approach suitable for publication; and (c) reasonable further collaboration on testimonials, case studies, or educational or promotional content. We specify the publicity deliverables and their format in our first winner notice, and the winner may choose the written questionnaire instead of an interview. We pay a cash Prize only after verification is complete and the deliverables specified in that notice have been delivered; further requests under (c) are not a condition of payment. A written questionnaire in which every mandatory question is answered in good faith satisfies the deliverable, and if we do not schedule a requested interview within the claim period the condition is treated as met. We will make reasonable requests as to time and manner and will accommodate scheduling within the claim period, which is extended for any delay caused by us. A prospective winner who declines, fails, or refuses to provide the requested participation within the claim period in §9.5 will be treated as having failed verification: the Prize is forfeited, may be awarded to the next eligible Participant (§9.5), and no compensation is owed. No additional payment is made for this participation; the Prize is full and complete consideration for it.

12.3 Licence to use the content and your persona. In consideration of the opportunity to win and of any Prize, and except where prohibited by law, each winner (and each Participant, as to Leaderboard and entry information) grants GoCharting and its Sponsors, Promotional Partners, and their respective designees, licensees, successors and assigns a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable and transferable licence to record, reproduce, edit, cut, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, combine with other material, distribute, publish, broadcast, display, publicly perform, and otherwise use and exploit: (a) any interview, content, statements, or materials the winner provides under §12.2; and (b) the winner’s name, username/handle, voice, image, likeness, performance, city/region, and biographical information (together, their “Persona”); in whole or in part, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for advertising, marketing, promotional, educational, and other commercial purposes, without further compensation, notice, review, or approval, and with no obligation to use. To the extent permitted by law, each winner waives any moral rights and any right to inspect or approve any use of the content or Persona. This licence survives the end of the Competition and any later disqualification or forfeiture. Nothing in this §12.3 limits any right you have under data-protection law to withdraw consent or to object to the processing of your personal data.

12.4 Your identity is protected. We may identify a winner by first name, username/handle, and general location (city/region), and by their voice and image as captured in content they provide, and we may use that content with or without attributing their name. We will not publish a winner’s full legal name, home address, contact details, or identity/KYC-verification documents without their separate written consent. These restrictions apply to every licensee under §12.3. Processing of this information is governed by §13 and our Privacy Policy.

12.5 Disclosure. A winner who separately posts or publishes content endorsing or promoting GoCharting, a Sponsor, or a Promotional Partner must clearly and conspicuously disclose their connection to us (for example, that they are a prize winner), in line with applicable advertising and endorsement-disclosure rules.

13. Privacy and Data

13.1 We process personal data and verification documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including for eligibility, verification, sanctions/AML screening, prize administration, tax reporting, and fraud prevention. Verification documents are handled through our secure process and retained only as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by law.

13.2 We share with CME Group and other market-data licensors the information they require to license and audit the service: your name, user ID, location, and which data products you use.

14. Limitation of Liability; Release; Indemnity

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoCharting, its Sponsors and Promotional Partners, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from or relating to the Competition or any Prize; and the Released Parties’ total aggregate liability to any Participant is limited to that Participant’s actual, out-of-pocket costs of participating (if any).

14.2 Release. To the extent permitted by law, each Participant releases the Released Parties from any claim, loss, or damage relating to participation in the Competition or the award, receipt, use or misuse of any Prize.

14.3 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable legal costs arising from your participation, your entries, your breach of these Rules, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14.4 No warranty. The Competition and platform are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not responsible for technical failures, connectivity or data issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

14.5 Prizes “as is”. Except as required by law, Prizes are provided “as is,” with no warranty of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).

14.6 Nothing in this §14 limits our obligation to pay a Prize that is properly payable under these Rules, or excludes any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

15. Changes, Suspension and Cancellation

15.1 Suspension and cancellation. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, shorten, extend, or cancel the Competition or any period or Prize, including if fraud, abuse, technical failure, legal/regulatory reasons, or other causes beyond our reasonable control affect the integrity or administration of the Competition. A Force Majeure Event - including fire, flood, epidemic or public-health event, natural disaster, act of God, labour dispute, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, government or regulatory action, systems/technical failure, loss or termination of a market-data licence or Sponsor arrangement, or any third-party data, market-data feed, exchange, or venue failure, outage, error, or disputed result - that prevents the Competition from being conducted as planned entitles us to modify, suspend, or terminate it. If we cancel or suspend because of such an event: (a) Challenges that were completed before the event will be evaluated and ranked, and their eligible winners paid following verification under §9; (b) Challenges in progress or not yet started are cancelled and no Prize is payable for them; and (c) a third-party data, feed, exchange, or venue failure is beyond our reasonable control, and we have no obligation to adjust scores or rankings, extend any period, or supplement any Prize as a result. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, tampered with, forged, or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules are void.

15.2 Changes to these Rules. We may amend, add to, replace, or supplement these Rules and the Competition Details, and may introduce, change, or apply any eligibility, identity, residence, KYC/AML, integrity, verification, or anti-abuse check, requirement, or procedure. We publish each change, with its effective date, on the Competition Page and the GoChamp rules page at least 7 days before it takes effect, except as stated in (c).

• (a) A change to the type or amount of a Prize applies only to Challenges that start on or after the effective date. Challenges already started keep the Prize terms in force when they began.

• (b) A change is never applied to a Prize already earned or to a Challenge in progress, except under (c). A Prize is earned when the Challenge has been completed and ranked and you are its confirmed winner, subject to verification.

• (c) A change that we reasonably consider necessary to comply with law, to protect the integrity of the Competition, or to stop abuse takes effect when we publish it and may apply to Challenges in progress. It will not reduce or invalidate a Prize already earned, except where the law requires it or where §8 applies because the winner breached rules in force during that Challenge.

• (d) Your joining a Challenge after a change is your acceptance of the Rules then in force. We are under no obligation to notify you individually of any change: publication on the pages above is sufficient notice.

15.3 Transition to Version 2.0. Version 2.0 takes effect when we publish it and applies to all Challenges from that date, including Challenges in progress, as the previous version of these Rules allowed. Section 15.2 governs every change we make after Version 2.0 is published.

16. General

16.1 Decisions final. Our decisions on all matters relating to the Competition (eligibility, rule compliance, integrity, verification, rankings, and Prizes) are final and binding, and there is no appeal. This does not limit dispute-resolution rights under §17 or rights that applicable law preserves.

16.2 Severability. If any provision of these Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

16.3 No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

16.4 Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Rules. We may assign ours to an affiliate or successor.

16.5 Entire terms. These Rules, the Competition Details, and the incorporated Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are the entire terms governing the Competition.

16.6 Language. These Rules are drafted in English; any translation is for convenience and the English version governs.

16.7 No social-media affiliation. The Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social-media platform (including X, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, Reddit, or Telegram).

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

17.1 These Rules and the Competition are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

17.2 Confidential, binding individual arbitration; class-action waiver. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Competition or these Rules will be resolved by confidential, binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable rules, seated in Wilmington, Delaware. You and GoCharting waive any right to a jury trial and any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action. To the extent a matter is not subject to arbitration, the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.

17.3 Nothing in this §17 limits our right to seek injunctive relief to protect the integrity of the Competition or our rights.

17.4 One-year limitation. Any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Competition must be commenced within one (1) year after it arises; otherwise it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.
