Built by Traders,
for Traders
GoCharting began with a trader's obsession, an open-source library, and a GitHub conversation across two continents. Today it's the world's first multi-asset orderflow charting platform — trusted by 3 million traders.
Purpose
Mission & Vision
Two sentences that guide every product decision we make.
To be the definitive web-native operating system that empowers global active traders to achieve their full potential.
To build a closed-loop trading lifecycle — from institutional-grade orderflow through execution, review, and improvement — delivering elite tools to users and highly engaged and sustainable volume to our partners.
How It Started
A Trader Meets a Chart Builder
Sushanta Deb was learning to trade from Luxembourg. A background in analytics led him to R language, where he built open-source packages for Volume Profile and Orderflow analysis — the same techniques used by institutional smart money.
The problem? These tools only existed on expensive, clunky desktop applications. Sushanta wanted to bring them to the web and mobile — accessible to every trader, anywhere, on any device. No one had done it.
On GitHub he found Ragunath Ramaswamy in Chicago — creator of React Stockcharts, a widely-used open-source financial charting library. Ragu had the web-native charting engine. Sushanta had the orderflow analytics vision. Together, they had everything needed to build what the world was missing.
They joined hands across the Atlantic — and GoCharting was born. The rest was magic.
Sushanta was in Luxembourg. Ragu was in Chicago. They built GoCharting entirely remotely — from concept to launch, from zero to one million traders — and had never once met in person. They finally shook hands for the first time when they crossed the million-trader milestone. That's not a bug. That's a feature.
Milestones
From GitHub to 3 Million Traders
Sushanta (Luxembourg) and Ragu (Chicago) find each other on GitHub — an analytics trader meets an open-source chart builder. A partnership is born across the Atlantic.
The world's first multi-asset orderflow charting platform goes live. Footprint charts, Market Profile, DOM — everything institutional traders use, now on the web.
GoCharting crosses 1 million traders. And for the very first time — Sushanta and Ragu meet face to face. Yes, they built a million-user platform before shaking hands.
Long Ridge (NY-based PE firm) closes the round. Oleg Mukhanov joins as COO. Salomon Sredni joins as Chairman. The platform hits 3 million traders worldwide.
The People
Meet the Team
Two founders. Two new leaders. One singular mission.
Built open-source R-language packages to bring Volume Profile and Orderflow analysis to traders — tools that were locked inside expensive desktop platforms. Couldn't find a web equivalent, so he built one.
Creator of React Stockcharts — a widely adopted open-source financial charting library used by developers worldwide. The engineering architect behind GoCharting's chart engine.
Joined GoCharting in 2026 to lead global operations, bringing nearly two decades of C-suite and fintech leadership to scale the business to its next frontier.
Brings decades of Wall Street and financial technology leadership as Chairman, guiding GoCharting's strategy through its high-growth phase post Series A.
Backed to Scale
In Q1 2026, GoCharting closed its Series A round with Long Ridge — a New York-based PE firm focused on financial technology. This investment powers the next chapter: deeper markets, smarter tools, and more traders worldwide.
