Signal Alerts
Watches five kinds of signal and offers each one as an alert:
EMA crossovers, RSI overbought/oversold, Bollinger band breakouts,
volume spikes and new N-bar highs/lows.
Two ways to alert:
1. alertcondition: pick any single signal by name when you create the alert.
2. alert(): one "any signal" alert with a live message (ticker, price, what fired).
