About the Role
We're looking for a commercially sharp Growth & Partnerships Manager to drive our broker and exchange partnership pipeline, own affiliate and referral programs, and unlock new growth channels. You'll be our first dedicated business hire.
What You'll Do
- Identify, negotiate, and close integration partnerships with brokers and exchanges
- Own and scale our affiliate and referral programs end-to-end
- Build and maintain relationships with trading influencers and educator communities
- Drive data-led growth experiments across acquisition and activation
- Work with product and marketing to create co-branded campaigns with partners
- Report on partnership revenue, referral performance, and funnel metrics
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of B2B sales, partnerships, or growth experience
- Prior experience in fintech, trading, or financial services
- Proven track record of closing partnerships or growing B2B revenue
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who can operate with minimal oversight in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with retail brokers, prop firms, or exchanges
- Experience building affiliate programs from scratch
- Understanding of trader acquisition dynamics and retention patterns
- Background as a trader or trading educator yourself
Compensation
💰 Competitive + performance bonus. Exact range disclosed after first interview.
