# position constants

> Reference for the 9 constants of the position namespace: position.bottom_center, position.bottom_left, position.bottom_right, position.middle_center and 5 more, each with its definition and an example.

## `position` (library)

**Definition**

Named constants for table placement on the chart pane (top/middle/bottom × left/center/right). Only one live table is allowed at each position.

**Example**

indicator("position Library Example", overlay=true)
if barstate.islast {

## `position.bottom_center` (constant)

**Definition**

Table position: bottom-center of the chart pane.

## `position.bottom_left` (constant)

**Definition**

Table position: bottom-left corner of the chart pane.
